Our Mission Statement
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…” Matthew 28:19. The Mission of Wee Lambs Preschool along with all the other ministry programs in the congregation, is the Great Commission- teaching the Gospel to all.
It is the position of Wee Lambs Preschool and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church that children need to hear and experience the love of Jesus on a daily basis. Our relationship with children is established by Christ- ”Whoever welcomes one of these little children in My name welcomes Me…” Mark 9:37.
Our Day
At Wee Lambs Preschool we believe that each child is unique and a special child of God. Children learn best through play and developmentally appropriate activities. We strive to provide engaging and interesting opportunities for each child to explore and learn about God’s world. Each day includes Bible stories, art, music, letters, numbers, snack, storytime, and lots of play.
Our Teachers
Wee Lambs Preschool’s teachers are trained and experienced in early childhood education. They love children and sharing God’s word with them. All teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, and Wee Lambs preschool is licensed by the State of Nebraska.
